PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module which prevents short circuits due to spreading of sealing solder even though the size is reduced and thereby achieving high reliability, and to provide a manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion module.

SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module (24) includes: a substrate (26) having light transmissivity and having a mounting surface; a photoelectric conversion element (30) mounted on the mounting surface of the substrate (26); a cover member (34) fixed to the substrate (26) through a solder layer (74) made of solder and forming an airtight chamber (68) housing the photoelectric conversion element (30) in cooperation with the substrate (26); and a solder attraction film (72) provided near a region fixed to the substrate (26) through the solder layer (74) on a surface of the cover member (34) that faces the mounting surface and containing solder having adhesiveness.
