ORGANIC ELECTRONIC ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronic element which has a uniform laminated structure.

SOLUTION: An organic electronic element 100 comprises: a substrate 10; a first electrode 12 formed on the substrate 10; an element part formed on the first electrode 12 and having a charge injection layer 18 and an organic functional layer 20 laminated therein; and a second electrode 22 formed on the element part. In the organic electronic element 100, a first insulating layer 14 and a second insulating layer 16 which is formed so as to be laminated on the first insulating layer 14 and has hydrophilicity lower than that of the first insulating layer 14 are laminated in order to secure insulation between the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 22.
