<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable which is connected to a printed board or the like and whose resistance against an external force applied thereto can be increased without using other members such as fixing members. <P>SOLUTION: The flat cable comprises a flat cable body 13 provided with a plurality of conductors 11 arranged in parallel and an insulator 12 around the conductors 11, which covers the conductors 11.
