<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light photoelectricity fiber with high efficiency and flexibility, from which a fabric can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: In this photoelectricity fiber, an electrode and a light absorption layer are positioned on a base fiber, and a PIN junction or a PN junction is formed in a radial direction. A photoelectricity fabric includes woven photoelectricity fibers. A photocell module includes a photocell part including a plurality of isolation blocks, and an isolation region is positioned around the isolation blocks. The base fiber is exposed in the isolation region. A photoelectricity fiber manufacturing method includes a step of forming a first electrode on the base fiber by a roll-to-roll system, a step of forming the light absorption layer on the first electrode by the roll-to-roll system, and a step of forming a second electrode on the light absorption layer by the roll-to-roll system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
