PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplex driving method and the like capable of preventing deterioration in picture quality of 3D display.

SOLUTION: The multiplex driving method of dividing one source output by a plurality of source lines of a display panel and driving the respective source lines includes a driving order change step of changing driving order in a starting horizontal scanning period of each of a right-eye image and a left-eye image by 2×n vertical scanning periods; and a driving step of driving the plurality of source lines based upon right-eye image data and the left-eye image through multiplex driving corresponding to the driving order changed in the driving order change step. In the driving step, the plurality of source lines are driven by changing driving order of a last horizontal scanning period in each horizontal scanning period in order from driving order changed in the driving order change step in each vertical scanning period.
