<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more enhance the added value of a content distribution service. <P>SOLUTION: A server 22 is installed at, for example, a data center of a record information collecting business operator, acquires record information transmitted from a mobile terminal 51 or a mobile terminal 55, performs processing such as storage or modification, and distributes content to the mobile terminal 51 or the mobile terminal 55. The server 22 is configured to specify a mobile terminal with a good record in provision of content, and preferentially distribute content of a next new song.
