RESOURCE ALLOCATION DEVICE, AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource allocation device and a resource allocation method capable of preventing reduction in communication quality caused by congestion occurrence of a network during resource allocation processing.

SOLUTION: A resource allocation device 10 receiving a resource allocation request from a communication node 20 determines whether or not urgency degree information added to the resource allocation request exceeds a threshold that is set to urgency degree determination information 142 stored in a storage part 14. If the urgency degree information exceeds the threshold, a priority of the resource allocation request is determined to be higher than a priority set to priority setting information 141 for each function of the communication node 20. The resource allocation device 10 performs resource allocation calculation for the resource allocation request based on the determined priority, and transmits node configuration information to which a new resource is allocated to each communication node 20.
