Provided is a wireless base station device that is able to efficiently trigger a CSI report and is able to acquire a CSI report at a suitable time. The wireless base station device is characterized by being provided with: a PDCCH signal generation unit (211) that receives downlink transmitted data, generates a downlink allocation signal for decoding, and causes a report request bit for non-periodically triggering a channel information report to be included in the downlink allocation signal; a transmission unit that transmits a downlink signal containing a downlink control channel to which the downlink allocation signal has been mapped; and a reception unit that receives via uplink an uplink signal containing a channel information report from a terminal triggered by the report request bit.
