<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner outdoor unit that can easily attach a front plate cover to a front plate of an electric part box, and suppresses the vibration of the front plate by the press of the front plate by the front plate cover. <P>SOLUTION: The front plate cover 67 is attached to an upper partitioning plate and the front plate after attaching the front plate 63 to the upper partitioning plate 61 and a bottom face plate.
