The method involves coding a dataset corresponding to a data telegram sent out from the train influencing component by a central unit for the transmission of train influencing component into a data set transmitted to a data transmission component. A test-tool (25) is temporarily superimposed on the train influencing component. An independent claim is also included for a system for data exchange between a central unit and a train influencing component.
