PURPOSE: A shoes sterilizing and drying apparatus and a ventilation unit for the same are provided to sterilize shoes by using ozone and ultraviolet and dry shoes through hot air and a circulation structure. CONSTITUTION: A shoes sterilizing and drying apparatus and a ventilation unit for the same comprise a shoes storage, a housing, a door switch, a sterilizer, a drier, a sensor unit, a display unit, a setting unit, a controller(200), and an indicator. The door switch detects the opening of a door(110). The sterilizer sterilizes shoes by using ozone and ultraviolet. The drier dries shoes. The sensor unit measures ozone level in the storage. The setting unit sets the temperature of the storage and a user mode. When a door is closed, the controller operates the sterilizer. When the sterilizing is completed, the controller operates the drier.
