PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to prevent the voltage drop due to the distance between a power source controller and a light source module by arranging the power source controller near the light source module arranged on a heat radiation member. CONSTITUTION: A cover is arranged on the upper part of a heat radiation member(2000). A light source module(1000) is arranged on one side of the heat radiation member. A side frame(3000) supports the heat radiation frame at the right side and the left side of the heat radiation frame. One side of the side frame is coupled with a supporting section(5000). Other side of the side frame is coupled with a cap(7000). A power source controller is arranged in the supporting section. A duct for power supply is arranged between the heat radiation member and the side frame.
