摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an aluminum electrode foil for an electrolytic capacitor is provided to rapidly form a barrier layer thin film until a withstand voltage in which a condenser targets because reactivity becomes better by increasing a surface area of a porous layer thin film more when forming the barrier layer thin film in a hard anodizing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an aluminum electrode foil for an electrolytic capacitor comprises next steps. An aluminum film is etched(S1). The etched aluminum film is hydration-processed so that a hydration thin film is formed(S2). The aluminum film in which the hydration thin film is formed is dipped into one solution among sulfuric acid solution, oxalic acid solution, and chromic acid solution(S3). The aluminum film is oxidized by an anodic oxidation method in which the aluminum film is an anode so that a porous layer is formed(S3). A chemical finishing is performed after forming the porous layer thin film so that the barrier layer thin film is formed(S4).
