PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying brown gas and a vessel having the same are provided to minimize the power consumption of a brown gas generator by heat-exchanging the brown gas with pure water. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for supplying brown gas to a combustion device comprises a brown gas generator(110) and a brown gas supply pipe(120). The brown gas supply pipe supplies the brown gas generated from the brown gas generator to the combustion device. The brown gas supply pipe is connected to the brown gas generator and the combustion device. The brown gas is cooled by coolants.
