PURPOSE: A fire hydrant drain device and a fire hydrant having the same are provided to prevent the inflow of soil and sand the rough a drain check valve connected to the fire hydrant. CONSTITUTION: A fire hydrant drain device comprises a drain body(50), a soil reverse inflow prevention wall(60), a coupler(70), and a connection pipe(80). The drain body is connected to a drain check valve communicating with the fire hydrant and has an opened end in order to discharge water from the fire hydrant. The soil reverse inflow prevention wall is combined with the inside of the drain body and prevents foreign materials from flowing back inside the fire hydrant. The coupler is formed in the shape of a pipe and forms a female screw. The connection pipe is formed in the shape of the elbow.
