FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mounting and straightening of crane structures. With loose joint between rail and crane beam, hydraulic jack is mounted on its top chord on one rail side, and, on opposite side, L-shape level is mounted to rest on crane beam top chord by jack bolts. Said lever has post with jack bolts and girder. Girder free side rests on hydro jack plunger. Two monkeys are arranged on rails to fit rocker in their ears. Rail jacked to designed value ö. Anchor bolts of crane beams are loosened by magnitude ö while bolts jointing crane beam bearing ribs and liner between bearing ribs are withdrawn. New liner with milled top and bottom end is fitted into said clearance. Liner height exceeds that of crane beam support cross-section by said magnitude ö. Hydro jack is unloaded to rest the rail on new liner. Mounting device is dismantled to mount support plate above new liner to be bolted to crane beam top chords. Hydro jack is mounted on the rail to make its plunger rest on support plate there under. Hydro jack is used to sink new liner between bearing ribs by magnitude ö and, in resting it against column batter bearing plate, to jack by designed value ö unless crane beam bottom chords thrust against loose anchor bolts and clearance ö is bridges. Liners are laid under bearing rib end faces to tighten and lock bolts for straightening and operating of crane structures. ^ EFFECT: mechanised process, lower labor input. ^ 4 dwg |
