The device (D) has a case (BT) and a transparent glass (GL) secured with each other to define an internal cavity (Cl) accommodating a light source (SL). A single-piece type aluminum part (PM) having high thermal conductivity comprises a portion to be placed interior of the internal cavity and another portion (P2) attached with the former portion and placed partially outside the internal cavity so as to maintain balancing temperature between the interior and outside of the internal cavity. The portions are in the form of walls.
