PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a soap using Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica is provided to manufacture a natural soap or a functional soap not causing skin allergy, etc, while maintaining sterilization effect which is inherent property of Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica by using natural raw material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a soap using Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica comprises: a step(S10) of quick-freezing extracted Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica at -30 - -50 °C; a step(S20) of vaporizing and drying the frozen Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica in vacuum state for 15-25 hours; a step(S30) of pulverizing the dried Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica raw material to powder shape of 100-400 mesh; and a step(S40) of forming a soap by mixing 5±3 weight% of the Thymusquinquecostatus var. japonica raw material with 95±3 weight% of resin soap.
