<p>Provided is a vehicle cooling device of which increasing the compactness of the device is easy and it is difficult for power consumption to increase. The vehicle cooling device is provided with: a pump; a plurality of circulation paths that are connected to the pump and that circulate a coolant liquid between a heat exchanger and a cooling subject for a vehicle; a solenoid valve that can open and close at least one of the plurality of circulation paths; and a control unit that controls the operation of the pump. The solenoid valve is provided with: a valve body that is able to move to a position of separation from a valve seat and a position of contact with the valve seat and that is held in a manner so as to contact the valve seat; and a solenoid that, by means of electrification, can maintain the contact of the valve body and the valve seat. The valve body is provided in a manner so as to be able to move to the position of separation from the valve seat by means of the fluid pressure of the coolant liquid when the solenoid is in a non-electrified state and the pump is driving, and the control unit is configured in a manner so as to be able to control in a manner so as to stop the pump and start the electrification of the solenoid when it has been determined that the circulation of the coolant liquid in the circulation path at which the solenoid valve is disposed is in a stoppable state.</p> |
