<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate battery which can capture the powder scattering from the inside of a battery entirely even when one peripheral part of the laminate battery cleaves entirely. <P>SOLUTION: In a thin film laminate battery (1) where a power generation element (2) is sealed hermetically with a rectangular laminate film (3), and a gas emission valve (20) is provided in one peripheral parts (16-19) of the laminate film, a powder capturing mechanism (21) for capturing powder scattering from the inside of the battery (1) when the temperature is abnormal is provided between the power generation element (2) and the gas emission valve (20) until it reaches, respectively, two peripheral parts (18, 19) of the laminate film orthogonal to one peripheral part (17) of the laminate film having the gas emission valve (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
