<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which the components requiring maintenance, e.g. an ion exchange resin, can be replaced without stopping the power generation operation of a fuel cell, i.e. while sustaining power generation. <P>SOLUTION: An ion-exchange resin set comprises an outer cylinder container 11, and an inner cylinder container 12 filled with an ion-exchange resin P and inserted drawably into the outer cylinder container 11. Condensed water from an introduction port 112 enters the inner cylinder container 12 from a clearance S and a first interconnection hole 123, and the processed treatment water is discharged from a second interconnection hole 124 and an outlet 111. A partition 121 partitions the clearance S vertically. A screw is removed by turning the head 125 and the inner cylinder container 12 is drawn out from the outer cylinder container 11. When a new inner cylinder container 12 for exchange is inserted into the outer cylinder container 11, replacement of ion-exchange resin is completed.
