<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since a hologram sheet with a picture is stuck to an adherend to certify the authenticity of the adherend, if it is possible that a counterfeit having a similar picture printed on a hologram sheet is simply fabricated and used by being stuck onto another inauthentic adherend, it is difficult to preserve the certification property thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The hologram sheet with a picture is provided by forming pictures having slightly different visibility on the upper and lower surfaces of a hologram forming layer constituting a hologram sheet to impress a person as if a single picture is formed thereon.
