<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnostic device capable of easily and accurately diagnosing the degree of deterioration of an electric wire without requiring construction of an immense amount of data base. <P>SOLUTION: The deterioration diagnostic device comprises: a color chromaticity meter 5 for measuring colors by a Lab display system; a box body 10 with an opening to have an electric wire pass therethrough; a light source 11 provided in the box body 10; and a fixing device 12 for fixing the electric wire arranged in the box body 10 through the opening. When the color of a white insulating layer 3 of an unused electric wire fixed to the fixing device 12 is measured by the color chromaticity meter 5 in a state in which the light source 11 is made to emit light, the positional relation between components and the specification, etc. of the light source 11 are adjusted so that a value b is 0.5 or more and 3.0 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
