A control device 50 controls the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 to control charging and discharging for the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33 by the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23. At that time, the control device 50 controls the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 according to a charging and discharging pattern of the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33.
