CHARGE AND DISCHARGE TEST SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of power consumption in a charge and discharge test system.

SOLUTION: A bidirectional AC-DC converter 11 has an AC side terminal connected to an AC power source and a DC side terminal connected to a DC bus 60. A plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 have one ends connected to the DC bus 60 and the other ends connected to test pieces 31 to 33. A control device 50 controls the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 to control charging and discharging for the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33 by the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23. At that time, the control device 50 controls the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 according to a charging and discharging pattern of the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33. The charging and discharging pattern of the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33 is scheduled to minimize the regenerative power supplied from the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 to the bidirectional AC-DC converter 11.
