<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initial fire extinguisher which can be easily installed in house or in vehicle and can extinguish fire immediately at an initial stage by spraying extinguishing agent at the outbreak of a fire. <P>SOLUTION: The fire extinguisher 10 includes an attaching part 11 to be attached to the ceiling 1, a connecting barrel 12 extending to the lower part of the attaching part 11 and a device body 13 connected to the connecting barrel 12. A case member 15 which rotates with the connecting barrel 12 is provided on the device body 13. In the case member 15, a tank 17 storing compressed air 171 and extinguishing agent 16, an electromagnetic valve 18, an injection nozzle 19, a temperature detection sensor 20 and a flame identifying sensor 21 are stored. When a fire breaks out, the flame identifying sensor 21 detects the fire origin and the device body 13 is rotated to point the injection nozzle 19 to the fire origin. The temperature detection sensor 20 detects a certain level of temperature to open the electromagnetic valve 18 and sprays the extinguishing agent 16 from the injection nozzle 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
