<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of the safety and drivability of a system which executes output limit control for limiting an output of an engine, when both of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal of a vehicle are depressed. <P>SOLUTION: The execution condition of output limit control and its control quantity are changed between when both of an accelerator operation and a brake operation are determined to be detected while the brake operation is detected after the detection of the accelerator operation, and when both of the accelerator operation and the brake operation are determined to be detected while the accelerator operation is detected after the detection of the brake operation, based on an output signal of an accelerator sensor 31 and a brake switch 32. Thereby, when both of the accelerator operation and the brake operation are determined to be detected, the execution condition of an output limit control and its control quantity are changed properly corresponding to the detection order of the accelerator operation and the brake operation, enabling the output limit control to be executed on a proper condition corresponding to the detection order of the accelerator operation and the brake operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
