Disclosed are a method for transmitting an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement and a terminal for implementing the same, for solving the problem of how to feed back the ACK/NACK when a terminal configuring a plurality of serving cells and feeding back the ACK/NACK using the PUCCH format 3 only receives the PDSCH of the main serving cell. When the terminal only receives the PDSCH from the main serving cell, the terminal feeds back the ACK/NACK acknowledgement corresponding to the PDSCH of the main serving cell using the ACK/NACK acknowledgement feedback mode configured when only one serving cell is configured; or when the terminal only receives the PDSCH from the main serving cell, the terminal feeds back the ACK/NACK acknowledgement corresponding to the PDSCH of the main serving cell using the ACK/NACK binding mode; or the terminal feeds back the ACK/NACK acknowledgement corresponding to the PDSCH of the main serving cell using the ACK/NACK multiplexing mode.
