<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance input device that can reduce the electrical resistance of translucent electrode patterns in spite of obscuring the translucent electrode patterns. <P>SOLUTION: The input device 10 for an input-device-integrated display device 100 is a capacitance touch panel in which a first translucent electrode pattern 11 and a second translucent electrode pattern 12 are formed on one surface of a translucent substrate 15 from a multilayer film in which a first ITO film having a thickness of 10 to 20 nm, a silicon oxide film having a thickness of 40 to 60 nm and a second ITO film having a thickness of 10 to 20 nm are laminated in this order. The first ITO film and the second ITO film are electrically connected by short-circuiting conductive films 5b formed along peripheral edges of the first translucent electrode pattern 11 and second translucent electrode pattern 12 to thus reduce the electrical resistance of the first translucent electrode pattern 11 and second translucent electrode pattern 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
