An earth compactor comprises a basic element, roller executive devices, ballast device and connecting elements. The roller movable objects are independently connected to the basic element by means of hydraulic devices for change of spread of those, the ballast device comprises the systems of balance weights placed in each of the roller movable objects, and counter-weights with adjustable counterbalance radius, those are symmetrically installed on the guides in the upper section of the ends of the basic element, the holders of those are hinged to the eyes of the rods of the upper hydraulic cylinders for change of counterbalance radius of the counter-weights, the eyes of the bodies of those are hinged to the upper section of the holders installed in the guides with possibility of longwise displacement with respect to the basic element and connected to the eyes of the rods of the lower hydraulic cylinders of counter-weights counterbalance radius change, the pins of the bodies of those are hinged to the eyes of the basic element. To each of the counter-weights removable stick-up ballast sections are connected by means of guide rods and fixation elements, the end roller movable objects by means of bearing supports are connected to the supporting portions of the hydraulic devices for change of counterbalance radius of those in such a way that in one of those the axle of bearing unit has possibility of horizontal moving out from the place of its fixation with a stop and fixation elements, and in the other one – the axle of the bearing unit has possibility of moving out at acute angle to horizon down from the place of its fixation with a stop and fixation elements, and the middle roller movable object is attached to the supporting portion of the hydraulic device for change of its counterbalance radius by means of flanges and fixation elements. The hydraulic devices for change of counterbalance radius of the roller movable objects have gaskets, and each of the roller movable objects has variable working surface. The technical result is in increase of the range of ballast forces of earth compactor and possibility of quick replacement of the roller movable objects or surfaces of those without use of supplementary machines and mechanisms. |
