A method for protection of extraction workings includes construction behind the face, near extraction working, at side of worked-out space, of a protective band through installation of falsework with filling it with curing mixture. To decrease the load on the support and to improve operational characteristics of extraction workings, before filling the falsework in its center in parallel to extraction working one forms bands of reinforced-concrete elements with height equal to the height of worked-out space, and the width b is determined by formula b = (0.25 ÷ 0.35) b, where b– width of the protective band. |
