<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new music retrieval method utilizing user appearance. <P>SOLUTION: A music piece retrieval device according to the present invention comprises: relevant-person body-part selection means which refers to a first database for each body part of a captured user in captured image information, and selects body part specific information; similarity determination means which calculates similarity based on the body part specific information selected by the relevant-person body-part selection means and other-person information in a second database, and extracts person identifiers in the other-person information having prescribed similarity; and display control means which refers to a third database and has information displayed, the information related to music pieces corresponding to the person identifiers extracted by the similarity determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
