The purpose of the present invention is to provide regenerative control capable of implementing the efficient recovery of regenerated energy of a motor generator, effective regenerative braking control, and a comfortable operation. A regenerative control device for a motor generator which generates regenerative braking force for decelerating a vehicle with the recovery of regenerated energy generated by the traveling of the vehicle is provided with: a traveling state detection unit for detecting the traveling state of the vehicle; a deceleration acquisition unit for acquiring the deceleration of the vehicle; a braking force setting unit for setting the regenerative braking force of the motor generator when the deceleration operation of the vehicle is detected by the traveling state detection unit; and a braking force adjustment unit for adjusting and suppressing the regenerative braking force set by the braking force setting unit on the basis of the deceleration acquired by the deceleration acquisition unit.
