PURPOSE: A rotary actuator is provided to reduce current consumption for fixing an angle of a rotor by obtaining a fixing force of the rotor with an attractive force between magnet rings formed in a stopper. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rotors(120,130) are arranged in the upper and lower sides of a stator(110). The stator includes a stator core(111), a stator coil(112), and a core shoe(113). A rotation shaft(140) passes through the rotor and is integrated with the rotor. A magnet stopper(150) is combined with the upper end of the rotation shaft and is divided into a lower rotation side stopper(151) and an upper fixing side stopper(156).
