<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device of a high charge and discharge capacity exactly as designed by improving an electrolytic solvent of the power storage device in which an organic compound polymer having π electron conjugate cloud is used as active material. <P>SOLUTION: In a power storage device having a positive electrode containing positive electrode active material, a negative electrode containing negative electrode active material, a solvent and an electrolyte containing electrolyte salt dissolved in the solvent, at least one of the positive electrode active material and the negative electrode active material contains an organic compound polymer having the π electron conjugate cloud, and a relative dielectric constant of the solvent at 20°C is 55 or more and 90 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
