PURPOSE: A webpage converting system and a method thereof for a mobile terminal are provided to convert an internet webpage to a low capacity mobile webpage having a proper layout. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(20) displays a mobile webpage received by access request. A content server(40) supplies a webpage through the internet. A webpage converting server(100) receives the webpage from the content server by the mobile terminal. The webpage converting server converts an original webpage received from the content server to the mobile webpage. The webpage converting server transfers the converted mobile webpage to the mobile terminal.
