<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bound paper from falling out in a resin binding implement caused by a base part of a binding member warping due to the thickness of the paper bound by the binding implement and a binding rod inserted in a binding tube being broken from its root, or by the binding implement opening by the above reason, by providing a wall part for inhibiting warping of the base part of the binding member to a bottom plate of a binding implement body. <P>SOLUTION: The binding implement 10 includes the binding implement body 40 having the bottom plate 60, a pair of side plates 70, 80, and the binding tube 72, and the binding member 50 having the base part 51 and the binding rod 52. The binding rod 52 provided to either one of the binding member and the binding implement body 40 is inserted into the binding tube 72 provided to the other.
