PURPOSE: A lock nut unit is provided to form a stable and strong locking state of a lock nut by retaining the lock nut and a bolt with a spring and to reuse the lock nut without a weakened locking state even repetitive reuse of the lock nut. CONSTITUTION: A lock nut unit comprises a lock nut(1) and a spring(5). The lock nut is coupled with a bolt(6) with a screw. The spring is inserted into a spring groove(3) in the inner side of a screw hole(2) of the lock nut. The spring groove has a diameter lager than the diameter of the screw hole. At least one portion of the spring is hung in the spring groove, thereby being restrained. At least one other portion is hung in the bolt, thereby being restrained.
