<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement type internal gear pump having reduced vibration to improve reliability thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The variable displacement type internal gear pump includes a housing having a suction port, a discharge port, and a pump chamber, an outer rotor housed in the housing, an eccentric ring for housing the outer rotor, an inner rotor to be meshed with the outer rotor, and an elastic member for urging the outer rotor to the suction port side. The inner diameter of the pump chamber is made larger than the outer diameter of the eccentric ring, liquid is filled in a space constituted by the outer circumference of the eccentric ring and the inner circumference wall of the pump chamber, and when liquid pressure in the discharge port is increased, the eccentric ring is moved against biasing force of the elastic member, so that a discharge rate of liquid becomes variable, while a predetermined clearance is maintained between the outer circumference of the eccentric ring and an approaching portion of the housing to the inner circumferential wall of the pump chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
