The aggregate has a turbine (10) driven by an exhaust stream of a combustion engine (1). A compressor (4) charges air of the combustion engine. A relief valve (13) i.e. bypass valve, connects a high pressure connector of the compressor with a low pressure connector. A valve control unit (14) controls an opening degree of the relief valve based on rotation speed and torque of the combustion engine. The valve control unit opens the relief valve only when rotation speed falls below target rotation speed. An outlet of the relief valve is separated from a suction connector of the compressor.
