MICRO FLUIDIC FUEL CELL AND METHOD TO MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A micro fluidic fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a fuel back flow phenomenon due to positive and negative electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A micro fluidic fuel cell(100) comprises a glass substrate(110) and a cover unit(150). The glass substrate comprises a micro channel(120) in which a positive electrode(121) and a negative electrode(125) are formed. A concavo-convex pattern is formed on the positive and negative electrodes. The cover unit is combined with the glass substrate in order to cover the micro channel. The cover unit comprises inlets(160) which inflow oxidizers into the positive electrode and induces fuel to the negative electrode and outlets which discharge materials generated by redox reactions between the fuel, oxidizers, and electrodes.
