PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent electric current density and performance degradation due to diffusion of the chrome or volatilization. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises an air electrode supporter(11), air electrodes(10) which includes a diffusion stopper(13) located in one side of the air electrode supporter and an air electrode functional layer(15) located in one of the diffusion stopper, a fuel anode(40), and an electrolyte(30) located between the air electrode and the fuel anode. A manufacturing method of the solid oxide fuel cell comprises the following steps: a step of forming a laminate by laminating an air electrode supporter, a diffusion stopper, an air electrode functional layer, electrolyte, and the fuel anode successively; and a step of sintering the laminate. |
