PURPOSE: A hot press device is provided to reduce the operating costs by employing a heating member with high heat efficiency and minimizing a gap between a press member and the heating member. CONSTITUTION: A hot press device comprises a lower heating plate, an upper heating plate(30), and a heating member. The upper heating plate is arranged above the lower heating plate and presses a mold with the lower heating plate. The heating member is installed in one of the upper and lower heating plates. The heating member comprises a heat transfer layer(11) and a resistant heating coating layer(12) formed in the heat transfer layer. The resistant heating coating layer is heated by power applied and one or both of the upper and lower heating plates are heated.
