MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MONODISPERSE MAGNETITE NANOPARTICLES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of uniform magnetite nano-particles is provided to manufacture without separate surfactant at low costs through first and second aging processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of uniform magnetite nano-particles comprises the following steps: mixing iron(Fe) precursor and organic solvent at molar ratio of 0.01:1-0.3:1; first aging the mixed solution at 60-100 deg. Celsius for 40-80 minutes; second aging the mixed solution at 270-340 deg. Celsius for 40-80 minutes; dipping the mixed solution by centrifuging and washing the magnetite(Fe3O4) precipitate after obtaining the magnetite precipitate; and obtaining the magnetite precipitate after drying the washed magnetite(Fe3O4) nano particles. The organic solvent is selected from 1-hexadecanol, octyl alcohol and decanol.
