PURPOSE: A survey conduction system and method thereof are provided to execute measurement optimized at a portable terminal using psychographic data and a social network. CONSTITUTION: A server(410) communicates with a client apparatus(440) using an electronic network(450). The server acquires mood and a level for items. The server identifies a plurality of groups for used items. The server creates the combined data group by automatically combining the plurality of the groups. The server automatically identifies a collision between the levels. A preference determination system dynamically allocates feedback to the server based on a feedback control group. |
