PURPOSE: A golf mat for driver swing exercise is provided to correct the swing posture of a user during swing exercise in an indoor place. CONSTITUTION: A golf mat for driver swing exercise comprises a base member(2), holes(6,7), and an elastic member. The base member is installed on the floor in order to support a golf ball. A plurality of holes is arranged forward and backward in order to be parallel with a swing trajectory. One end of the elastic member is fixed to a head contact sensing bar and the other side thereof is mounted in the base member through the hollow part of a head contact sensing bar. The head contact sensing bar is inserted into the hole and is vertically installed.
