<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane excellent in water permeability, separation property, and low fouling property by an efficient membrane cleaning method that uses reduced amount of cleaning liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for producing the separation membrane, vapor and/or a liquid is brought into contact with the separation membrane at a flow velocity of 5 m/s or above after formation of the separation membrane. The blocking rate of a polystyrene fine particle having an average particle diameter of 0.083 μm is 80% or above after coming into contact with the vapor and/or the liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
