<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a concrete slurry transfer pipe for a concrete pump car is provided to determine the width of heating and non-heating parts by regulating the transfer and rotation speed of pipes according to variables such as the thickness of heating part material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a concrete slurry transfer pipe for a concrete pump car comprises the steps of: mounting an induction heater in a specific area inside or outside a steel pipe and a water-cooling device in the counter area(S200), heating the pipe using the induction heater(S300a), and cooling the heated portion of the pipe using the water-cooling device to form a hardened portion(S400a).</p> |
