<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial stretched, blow molded bottle having a shape which is narrow-mouthed and yet has a satisfactorily expanded body by creating biaxially stretching and blow molding process that can fully make up for a restricted upper limit to a preform body wall thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The biaxial stretched, blow molded bottle is molded by injection-molding a test tube-shaped preform having a height size larger than a bottle to be molded, thermally shrinking a height size of a part other than a cylindrical mouth opening part of the preform into a height size smaller than the height size of the part other than a cylindrical mouth opening part of the bottle, and performing biaxially stretching and blow molding on the thermally-shrunk preform, and thus the bottle is molded in which the inside diameter of the cylindrical mouth opening part of the bottle is at most 10 mm, the maximum outside diameter of a body part is at least 2.5 times of the inside diameter of the cylindrical mouth opening part, further, is at least 3.0 times thereof and the minimum thickness on the maximum diameter part of the body part is at least 0.45 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
