<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Co-Si-Zr alloy material suitable to a material for electronic and electric apparatus, such as movable connector, which has excellent bending workability and can be made highly conductive, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The Cu-Co-Si-Zr alloy material contains 1.0-2.5 wt.% Co, 0.2-0.7 wt.% Si, 0.001-0.5 wt.% Zr, wherein the elemental ratio of Co/Si is 3.5-5.0, and contains 3,000-500,000 pieces/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of second phase particles each having a diamter of 0.20 μm to <1.00 μm, has ≤10 μm crystal grain diameter and ≥60% IACS electric conductivity, and has good bending workability. The alloy material can contain 10-2,000 pieces/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of the second phase particles having 1.00-10.00 μm diameter and have ≥600 MPa in 0.2% proof stress. Further, the alloy material is produced in such a way that the temperature of heating during hot rolling after casting and before a solution treatment is carried out, is higher than the solution treatment temperature by ≥45°C, a cooling rate from the temperature when starting hot-rolling to 600°C, is set to ≤100°C/min, the solution treatment temperature is selected from a range of ≥(50×Co wt.%+775)°C to ≤(50×Co wt.%+825)°C, and an aging treatment after the solution treatment, is preferably performed at 450-650°C for 1-20 hours. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
