<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separated pillow set of a coupled type pillow which can be used by combining corresponding to the shape, size from the neck part to head part of a person and in which a body posture (the angle and the height of a part from the neck part to the head part) can be changed by combining. <P>SOLUTION: The separated pillow set 30 used for constituting a medical coupled type pillow 1 a plurality of kinds of first separated pillows 31 and a plurality of kinds of second separated pillows 32. The convex shape neck supporting face 2, a curved shape occipital area supporting face 4 smoothly continuous to the rear end of the same, and a head top part abutting face 6 smoothly continuous to the rear end of the same are formed in the coupled type pillow 1.
